CDS Islands – Chernarus Island Expansion

Expand the coastline of Chernarus with 10 handcrafted custom islands, spread around the map and designed to feel like forgotten locations that have always existed beyond the mainland.

CDS Islands focuses heavily on exploration and survival, with a rugged overgrown lost-world atmosphere. Players can leave the mainland behind and explore isolated forests, rocky coastlines, hidden coves, caves, abandoned settlements, military locations, shipwrecks and remote camps.

The islands are designed particularly well for servers that make use of boats, fishing, hunting and exploration, giving players genuine reasons to travel out into the ocean rather than keeping all gameplay on the mainland.

Across the 10 islands you'll find a mixture of environments including remote fishing locations, hunting areas, docks and boat access, abandoned buildings, military camps and watchtowers, lighthouse locations, caves and rock formations, shipwreck areas and smaller islands scattered between the larger locations.

Some islands are connected or accessible from the mainland while others sit further offshore, creating natural locations for high-value loot areas, hidden bases, PvE encounters, events or progression zones depending on how you want to configure your server.

The pack has been built with natural terrain, dense vegetation and heavy rock work to keep the islands feeling wild and overgrown rather than like clean custom compounds dropped into the ocean.
