This policy explains how CustomDayZServices collects and uses personal information through the main CustomDayZServices website, member profiles, store, support forms, tickets, licensing systems and related services.

Independently operated client storefronts hosted through our platform are responsible for publishing their own privacy and cookie information for their customers. This CustomDayZServices policy is not displayed as the storefront owner's policy.

2. Contacting us

CustomDayZServices is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. Privacy questions, requests and concerns can be submitted through our contact form.

3. Information we may collect

• Name, display name, email address and contact details you provide.
• Discord username, Discord ID, avatar and connected-account information.
• Account, authentication, membership and profile information.
• Products, services, subscriptions, licences and server IP addresses linked to your account.
• Order numbers, amounts, payment status, invoices, receipts and transaction references.
• Support tickets, contact submissions, order notes and messages.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps and server logs.
• Cookie choices and optional analytics information where you have accepted analytics.

4. How we obtain information

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, connect Discord, make a purchase, request support, submit a form or provide licensing details. We may also receive transaction information from Stripe, account information from Discord and technical information from the systems used to operate and secure the website.

• To create, authenticate and manage accounts and member profiles.
• To process orders, subscriptions, refunds, cancellations and receipts.
• To provide downloads, licences, services, support and purchased features.
• To verify server IP licensing and prevent unauthorised use.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. CustomDayZServices does not normally receive or store complete card details. We may receive payment status, amount, currency, customer, checkout, invoice, receipt and subscription references needed to administer the transaction. Stripe processes information under its own privacy terms.

8. Discord

When you connect Discord, we may receive information permitted by the Discord authentication process, including your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar and email where provided. We use this for login, account matching, support, licensing, member benefits and purchase identification.

9. Client storefront platform processing

CustomDayZServices supplies hosting and technical platform features to client storefront owners. Where our systems process a storefront order, technical and transaction information may pass through our platform so the service can operate. The storefront owner is responsible for explaining their own use of customer information and for providing their own privacy and cookie notices where required.

10. Cookies and local storage on the main website

The main CustomDayZServices website uses essential cookies or storage where required for authentication, security, checkout, requested functionality and remembering your cookie choice. Optional analytics storage is only used after you select Accept all. Selecting Decline optionalkeeps optional analytics disabled. You can reopen the choice using the Cookie Settings control in the main website footer.

Client storefronts do not display the CustomDayZServices cookie card. Each storefront owner is responsible for any cookie or tracking technologies they choose to add to their storefront.

11. Sharing information

We may share information only where reasonably necessary with:

• Stripe for payment processing, subscriptions, fraud prevention and receipts.
• Discord for authentication and connected Discord features.
• Hosting, database, storage, email and infrastructure providers supporting our services.
• Professional advisers, payment partners, regulators, courts or authorities where required.
• A client storefront owner where required to operate or fulfil an order made through that storefront.

12. International processing

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted international transfer takes place, we expect the relevant provider or arrangement to use an appropriate legal safeguard as required by applicable data-protection law.

13. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including providing active accounts and licences, resolving support, preventing abuse, maintaining transaction and accounting records, and meeting legal obligations. Retention may be extended where necessary for disputes, fraud prevention or legal claims.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, loss, misuse or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account and connected-service credentials.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Our paid products and services are not directed at children who cannot lawfully enter into the relevant transaction. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information without appropriate permission should contact us.
